Five Wednesdays beginning September 23, 2020 - 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Join Amy Forbes of Treehouse Players for a children's theater adventure, on the lawn of the library! This program is for children in Grades 1 and 2.  Explore the world of a story through dramatic play, using theater games and improvisation to creat dialogue, action, song, and movement. Coming in September from the Children’s Room!

First Friday of every month ABC Amigos on the Lawn, Preschool Bi-lingual Story Time     10:30 - 11 a.m.       Join Miss Aimee on the first Friday of every month for a fun, interactive preschool bilingual story time on the library lawn. Sing songs, play games, and listen to stories in both English and Spanish. This series is open to all children regardless of Spanish-speaking ability. Best for ages 2 to 5. Registration is REQUIRED; space is limited. Health and safety protocols will be outlined during the registration process. In the event of extreme temperatures or inclement weather, the story time will be held virtually through Zoom. Please register to receive your email invitation to Zoom, if necessary.  Props will be in a beach pail where your blanket will be placed, and can be left in place after the program to be collected and sanitized by the library staff. Please don't share or swap props. Bring a blanket! We will provide the fun! This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Acton Library.
